General Terms: 

  •  Delivery Policy: All video products are available on any web-enabled device. You may access your products via the browser or the Simplero mobile app 
  •  Return Policy Video Courses: You can request a refund for any video product purchased within 3 days. Send request here: Email Us.  All access to digital purchases will be removed once/if a refund request is approved. 
  •  Return Policy Live/Virtual Courses: Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing the Live/Virtual courses and coaching, unless otherwise provided by law, we have a no refund policy.
  •  Refund Fees: Any refund approved will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that any merchant fees, charged by the processor, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Privacy Policy: All one-on-one sessions are kept confidential by the coach except with express permission to share. Group sessions are recorded and available for live and future attendees, and recordings are owned by Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC. Any information you share will be used at our discretion.

ADHD with Stephanie, and

(including any on-line courses, training material and tutorials) (‘the Service’) within the USA, UK and internationally is provided by Stephanie Galindo Coaching (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) on the following Terms and Conditions. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Service. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following Terms and Conditions please do not access, use and/or contribute to the Service.

  1. Use of the Service
  2.     You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service or any part of it for commercial purposes.
  3.     You must only use the Service in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the provided materials and community space. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, behaving in an unkind, disrespectful, or ungenerous manner in the online course community groups (on Facebook or otherwise), transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.
  4.     Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC reserves the right to make change to these Terms and Conditions from time to time and so you should check these Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using the Service.
  5.     If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific local terms appearing elsewhere on the Service (including community rules) then the latter shall prevail.

  9. Registration
  10.     In order to participate in and contribute to Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC courses and communities you may be required to register with Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC and associated email services like Convertkit and check-out carts like Kajabi and simplero. Any personal information supplied to Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC as part of this registration process and/or any other interaction with Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC will be collected, stored and used in accordance with Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC privacy policy.
  11.     To register for any online course through Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC you must be over 18 years of age unless you have the explicit permission of your parent or guardian.
  12.     You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
  13.     You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.
  14.     All user accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails can be sent to you. Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses may miss crucial communications or course materials, and for this Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC is not responsible.
  15.     Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC reserves the right to remove any person from any online course community at any time, with no refund given. This action will usually only be taken in cases where the person has behaved in an unkind, disrespectful, or ungenerous manner to company representatives or other course participants.
  16.     By registering for a course you are agreeing to pay the full amount of the course’s stated price. This means that if you cancel automatic PayPal payments, we have the right to refer your account to a collection agency to contact you to pay the rest of the course’s price, and this could negatively impact your credit score.
  17. Intellectual property
  18.     All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Service and all content (including all applications and materials) located on or available through the Service shall remain vested in Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC
  19.     You must not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC website (including and not limited to: adhdwithstephanie.com, www.stephaniegalindocoaching.com) or online course content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC content requires the prior written permission of Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC
  20.     The names, images and logos identifying Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC or third parties and their products and services referenced are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC or any other third party.
  21. Availability of the Service
  22.     Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services available at Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the Service will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Service you should report it to stephanie@adhdwithstephanie.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
  23.     Your access to the Service may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the Service as soon as we reasonably can.
  24. Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC’s right to suspend or cancel your registration
  25.     We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
  26.     You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing at stephanie@adhdwithstephanie.com . If you do so, you must stop using the Service.
  27.     The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Service shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.
  28. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
  29.     ALL CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, NAMES, IMAGES, PICTURES, LOGOS AND ICONS REGARDING OR RELATING TO Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC, ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (OR TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES), IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC EXCLUDES ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES (WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW), INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, SECURITY AND ACCURACY. Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY ASPECT OF THE SERVICE OR ANY OF ITS CONTENT. WHILE WE TRY TO ENSURE THAT ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC IS CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PUBLICATION NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ACCEPTED BY OR ON BEHALF OF Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC FOR ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR INACCURATE CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
  30.     NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY ITS PROVEN NEGLIGENCE. SUBJECT TO THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE, NEITHER Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING LOSSES OR DAMAGES (WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE OR LOSSES WERE FORESEEN, FORESEEABLE, KNOWN OR OTHERWISE): (A) LOSS OF DATA; (B) LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS; (C) LOSS OF BUSINESS; (D) LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; (E) LOSS OF GOODWILL OR INJURY TO REPUTATION; (F) LOSSES SUFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES; OR (G) ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION.
  31.     Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR BUGS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT SUFFICIENT PROCEDURES AND VIRUS CHECKS (INCLUDING ANTI-VIRUS AND OTHER SECURITY CHECKS) TO SATISFY YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCURACY OF DATA INPUT AND OUTPUT. 
  32. Applicable law
  33.     These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of the United States of America. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United States of America.
  34. International use
  35.     We make no promise that materials available on or through the Service are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States of America, and accessing the Service from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access the Service from locations outside the United States of America, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  36. Miscellaneous
  37.     If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  38.     You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
  39.     If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC chooses to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
  40.     Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Online Course - Terms of Use

These terms relate to the paid-for on-line training services supplied to you through the adhdwithstephanie.com website (the “Online Course Service(s)”) and should be read in conjunction with our General Terms & Conditions above which shall also apply save where they are inconsistent with these terms.

  1. Prices and payment
  2.     Your order is an offer to purchase Online Course Services from us. The Online Course Service will be made available to you once your payment has been authorized and the course session has started. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorized payment for the Online Course Service. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Online Course Service to you without giving any reason.
  3.     The fee for the Online Course Service is paid for via payment plan. The Company shall be under no obligation to provide the Online Course Service until the fee has been paid. When participants first register for a course, they are agreeing to pay the full amount of the course cost as listed on the registration page and check out cart. Failure to make full and timely payments will result in your account being referred to a Collections service and will negatively impact your credit score.
  4.     All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
  5.     Your credit/ debit card details are not handled by Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC  All payment and all credit card handling is through the third party, PayPal Inc and Stripe. We do not store any credit card details. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
  6. Delivery
  7.     Within 1 hours of purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer acknowledging payment and successful enrollment in the course. If you should fail to see this welcome email within 1 hour of purchase, please contact Customer Service at stephanie@adhdwithstephanie.com
  8.     Course materials will be delivered via email to the address given at registration, on the schedule listed on the course registration page.

  9. Using the Online Course Service
  10.     Please read the description for the Online Course Service carefully before placing your order as refunds cannot be given (see section 7 below).
  11.     Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC warrants that it has the right to provide the Online Course Service and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Online Course Service available to you and in ensuring its availability. Because of the nature of the internet, errors and omissions do occur and Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC does not give any other warranties in respect of the Online Course Service.
  12.     Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC is continually seeking to improve the Online Course Services. Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of any Online Course Service provided that it does not materially reduce its content or functionality.
  13.     In the event that Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC withdraws or is permanently unable to deliver a particular Online Course Service a partial refund will be given covering the portion of the course that remains undelivered.

  14. Fair use policy
  15.     We operate a ‘fair use’ policy to protect the quality of our Online Course Services. If we believe your use of a Online Course Service is taking up excessive bandwidth (literal or metaphorical) or your use of a Online Course Service is adversely affecting the provision of the service (or any part of it) to other users, or other users’ enjoyment of the service, we reserve the right to manage or regulate your usage of the Online Course Service. This may include removing you from the online course community and/or ending your access to the Online Course Service.
  16. No commercial use
  17.     Subject to clause 4.2, all Online Course Services are available for private, personal, non-commercial use only. Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses that we consider are for commercial concerns. You may not re-sell or make available to any third party the Online Course Services without the prior written consent of Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC
  18. Cancellation and refunds
  19.     Refunds cannot be made for downloadable digital items, including Online Courses.
  20.     You can be removed from any Online Course Community or Online Course Email list at any time at the discretion of Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC Again, this will usually only happen if you have behaved in an offensive or annoying manner (i.e., ungenerous, unkind, disrespectful) towards Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC associates or to other online course participants. When it happens, though, it will happen immediately, without warning, and with no explanation or refund given. To avoid this, don’t be a jerk.
  21. Interpretation
  22.     In these terms “Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC a corporation registered in Alaska and whose registered office address is at 5325 n Caprice Dr, Palmer, AK, 99645
